Q: Can we get some samples?Any charges?
A: Yes,you can get available samples in our stork. Free for real samples,but freight cost.
Q: How can we get a quote?
A: Please offer the specification of the product, such as material, size, shape, color, quantity, surface finishing etc.
Q: What format design file you want for printing?
A: PDF: CDR: PSD: EPS
Q: Can you help with the design?
A: We have professional designers to with box structure.
Q: What's the trade term and payment term?
A:100%or 50% of the total value to be paid before producing .Accept T/T, Westem Union. L/C,Paypal &Cash.Can be negotiated.
Q: May i have new sample made with my design for confirmation?
A:Yes. We can do the high quality sample same as your design for confirmation.
Q: What about the lead time?
A:It depends on the products Normally 5 to 7 workdays after confirmation of design file and remittance.
Q: How can I know if my goods have been shipped?
A:Detailed photos of every process will be sent to you during the production. We will supply the tracking NO once shipped.
Q: What shipping method can i choose? How about the shipping time of each option?
A: DHL.UPS, TNT, FEDEX, Bysea, etc 3 to 5 workdays of express deliver 10 to 30 workdays by sea.
