1. How do I measure a box?

    To get the perfect fit, remember the formula: Length x Width x Depth. Start by positioning the box with the open end facing you. The  Length stretches across the longest side from left to right, while the  Width  captures the shorter span from front to back. Finally, the  Depth  measures from the top down to the bottom.

2.  How soon can I get a price quote?

    Once we have the details-like the carton style, dimensions, paperboard type (including caliper), printing needs, and quantity-we can whip up a price quote for you in just 24 hours!

3. How long will it take to receive my products?

    As a general rule, it will take 2 weeks for us to produce your custom designed and printed products.

4.  Can I have a custom-designed packaging box?

    Absolutely! We specialize in crafting unique packaging solutions tailored to your specific needs. Every box we create is a one-of-a-kind masterpiece based on your artwork and requirements.

5.  Is there a minimum order requirement?

    To cover our setup costs and shipping logistics, we do have a minimum order quantity of 3,000 pieces. To help you save on unit prices and shipping, we recommend ordering a full 20" GP or 40" HC container.

6.  Can I get a sample?

    Yes, samples of certain stock items are available! There will be a small shipping charge, and while some items may be excluded, we offer samples based on your artwork for a fee that covers the box and shipping. Typically, sample production takes about a week.

7.  What are your office hours?

    We're here for you from 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. GMT+8, Monday through Saturday, except on holidays.

8.  Do you sell any additional products not listed on your online catalog?

    We offer over 7,000 different types of corrugated shipping and packaging supplies, constantly expanding our selection. Everything we sell is listed on our website, but if you can't find what you're looking for, just drop us an email. We'll gladly check if we can source it for you!

9.  Do you have a price catalog?

    As a custom corrugated board packaging manufacturer, we tailor all our products to your specific requests and artwork, which means we don't maintain a standard price catalog.


10. Will you match competitors' prices?

    If you find a lower price elsewhere on the exact same item, we will meet or beat that price as long as it does not reflect a competitor's free offer, rebate, bonus, one-of-a-kind, or other limited guarantee offer. Simply e-mail the link to that page on our competitor's website to us

11.What's the trade term and payement term?

30% or 50% of the total value to be paid before producing. Accept T/T, Western Union, L/C, Paypal & Cash. Can be negotiated.

12.How can i know if my goods have been shipped?

    Detailed photos of every process will be sent to you during the production. We will supply the tracking NO. once shipped.

13.How do you compute the shipping charges?

    We will supply the shipping charges according to the estimated G.W. when quote.
