Q1:Are you a factory or trading company?
Qingdao Flourish is an Industrial and Trading Company, and we have a factory to do a final packing and inspection to insure the quality.
Q2:Can I get a sample?
Yes, in-stock samples are for free. Only express cost is charged. And the sample will get to you within 3-5 days.
Q3.How much for a custom sample? How long I can get the sample?
Sample cost $50-$200 is expected for the normal custom sample. You will get the sample in 1 week.
And it's refundable after formal purchase order placed.
Q4: How quickly can they be produced?
Normally, 12-30 days from the date when the order is placed.
Q5: What file format do you need?
AI/ PDF/ PSD/ CDR/ EPS/ JPG/ TIF are ok. To ensure the best quality, files in a resolution of minimum 300 dpi is recommended.
Q6: Can you send me a digital proof before my order is printed?
Yes. A digital proof will be available within 1 working day after order placed, with expected logo printed on it.
