Product Description
Lightweight Trench Box
The size of the system required to use for your trench ground support depends on your maximum trench depth requirements & the size of the pipe sections that you are installing in the ground. Our lightweight trench box system is generally most suitable for trench depths of up to 4 meters and trench widths of around 3.7 meters if used in conjunction without variable trench box struts.
The system is used already assembled on the job site. The trench shoring is made up of a standard panels, connected with adjustable spacers.
If excavation is deeper, it's possible to install elevation elements.
By combining elevation panels with the standard ones the maximum depth reachable is 4,40m in absolute safety.
* Easy to assembly on-site, installation and removal are significantly reduced
* Box panels and struts are built with simple connections.* Repeatedly turnover is available.
* This enables easy adjustment for strut and box panel to achieve the required trench widths and depths.
Packaging:
1. Generally, the total net weight of the loaded container is 22 tons to 25tons, which needs to be confirmed before loading.2. Different packages are used for different products:
---Bundles: Timber beam, steel props, tie rod, etc.
---Pallet: Small parts will be put in bags and then on pallets.
---Wooden cases: It is available at the customer's request.
---Bulk: Some irregular goods will be loaded in bulk in the container.
Delivery:
1. Production: For a full container, normally we need 20-30 days after receiving the customer's down payment.
2. Transportation: It depends on the destination charge port.
3. Negotiation is needed for special requirements.
